The Bourbon & Bones Peoria location brings an elevated steakhouse experience to the northwest side of Phoenix.  While the space is a close reflection of the two other locations in the valley, it also offers its own unique characteristics.  Soaring above the dining room are a series of warped sound beams symbolizing the “bones” of the restaurant.  A bourbon display greets customers upon their arrival into the space while a large, lit wine cooler contributes to a unique ambiance in the bar area and private dining room beyond.  The meat hook inspired light fixtures, a staple design element of the concept, march overhead, along the bar’s surface.  The space is composed of dark tones, textures, woods, leather, and accents of cowhide help create an intimate yet chic setting.  The restaurant features large windows which slide open and tuck away allowing the surroundings and nature to seep in, further enhancing the energetic vibe.
